If you notice a rate that appears incorrect for a specific city or date, please let us know by email and we will investigate promptly. Include the city name, date, and the rate you believe is correct along with your source.

Why does the rate for my city not update every day?
Some cities receive their NECC rate update later in the day or occasionally
not at all if NECC does not publish data for that city on a given day.
We display the most recent available rate in orange so you can easily
identify when a city's rate is from a previous day.

The data is sourced from NECC and is publicly available for reference.
